DESCRIPTION:

An organisation founded by the enigmatic 'Gambler. So far it appears that the majority of its income is derived from trade between Rokugan and the westerners. So far none other 'gaijin' ('foreigner') managed to gain favour of the right Rokuganian people, enough of them to make such business accepted.
