The Sunless Citadel

DESCRIPTION

Ancient Sunken Fortress to the North of Belthrane Village. Had not been visited by civilized folks for hundreds of years. Has recently become the home of a group of Tiamat worshipping kobolds. Belak the Outcast and his creations appeared at the bottom of the Citadel, but were defeated. However, much of the citadel is still undisturbed and few know what secrets it might contain.

HISTORY

The Citadel was the fortress of an ancient kingdom. Few know much beyond that. The Sunless Kobolds have entered the location and claimed it as their own. Belak the Outcast took control of the bottom portion of the Citadel but was removed by a group of adventurers. Now, a contingent of the Bull Goblins have invaded the Citadel and are competing with the Sunless Kobolds for dominance.
