DESCRIPTION
An order of ancient draconic scholars cemented in history, the Book Wurms are often misunderstood. They seek nothing more than the accumulation of knowledge, for knowledge is power. They pride themselves in their advanced system of storing this knowledge, the Pewey Decimal System. The order worships the great ancestor tome dragon, Melville Pewey.
Book Wurms are known to apply knowledge to get effect against their enemies. It is said that those with blood ties to the ancestor dragon exhibit extreme luck. The Pewey Decimal System's magic also serves to augment the Book Wurms.
HEADQUARTERS
The Floating Library is home to the majority of the order. It is a massive magical structure that hovers 50' off the ground. Full access is granted to any citizen, but books may not be removed from the premises. The Floating Library is know for utilizing the Pewey Decimal System. The Book Wurms claim that it is this magical system of organizing books and other media that allows the Library to Fly.

CODE
The code of the Wurms is simple, find knowledge in order to organize and preserve it.
Knowledge is the key to the unknown.
Membership requires careful study and mastery of the Pewey Decimal System and swearing an Oath to Knowledge.
Full fledge members must have at least one level of Cleric, and must have knowledge as one of their domains or devotions.
Junior members must have at least 1 rank in 4 separate knowledges. This represents knowledge of the system.
BENEFITS
The Library will hold a copy of any member's spellbook. The member must pay half the normal cost associated with having a second spellbook. The member cannot take out this copy, but can recopy the spells in it at normal cost. This benefit was instituted after the Spell Burn Incident, when many a fledgling mage lost their spellbooks.
