Terror's Delight is … literally a corrupted heart extracted from the Nameless Fear which (in spite of the owner's 'demise') is still beating and regenerating even when damaged… or feasted upon. The organ by itself, as unsettling as it may sound, seems to be also containing ghastly memories, terror-induced memories of those devoured by the apparition beforehand.
