Shiro's Domain

DESCRIPTION

A demiplane that can be accessed at times by a randomly-openable portal hidden inside the well near the Tabernacle Tavern. The realm's landscape and architecture used to resemble a peaceful Rokugan settlement before the whole existence destabilized. Currently the plane appears to be in need of dire repairs as only some of its part remain stable.
