The Merchant lord uses a partial illusion to enhance an items good qualities and minimize it's bad ones to increase it's value. The buyer can make a will save to notice that the flaws are much more serious than the merchant claims, or that the item isn't as good. If the will save fails, then the item's selling value is increased by 20% for the duration.
