Description: A pretty redheaded woman, Rowena was once a Magitech Engineer, but was involved in a tragic accident some time ago, losing her legs from the knees down. Since then, she has been confined to a wheelchair, (using a pair of false wooden legs to keep the gawk factor to a minimum.) This handicap does not keep her from running a fine establishment at The Shackled Unicorn, an Inn purchased sometime after her accident and run by her, though a lack of patrons in recent years has seen a decline in the building's upkeep.
