You are a master of learning by rote instead of intuition.
Prequisite: Dragonblooded, dragon type, or dragon ancestry(included in backstory for free).

Benefit: You use your intelligence modifier instead of your wisdom modifier for all wisdom based skills. You may also use your intelligence modifier for all will saves in the same way. Wisdom checks other than skill checks are not affected by this feat.
