Personality: Hephaestus looks upon himself as the only one willing to do what is required in the world. If a man must die to save the many then that man will die, but not before testing. Everything this little kobold does is a test of himself, his equipment, his enemies, or any combination of these things. Nothing but the knowledge of his findings and inventions concern him. Politics are useless, notoriety is a luxury, and wealth is merely a means to an end (not something to be hoarded unless working towards a design). Those that take the time to speak with him will notice he seems detached from the world around him, as if he lived in a fantasy world all his own.
