I would like to retire juliet as i lost most her sheets and barely remenber how to play her, and i would like to use the retiring to level up sachin so that she can play games witht he rest of the scarlet mansion crew.

That is acceptable albeit I am expecting issues with finding games of such level in the current state of BM.
The majority of games are now DM-ed in the ~lvl 7 range while the 'other' (aka ~13 lvl) party is taking sort of 'vacations' for now.

i wanna play on the niefheim part, i belive raital was 15. This character is a scarlet devil inspired.
