A few things to point out about every Of Legend+Feral+bazillion LA templates……….
1) You have 4 LA, in a case such as Shinji stats have to look like this more or less to simulate the results according to Point Buy(Side note, a Stat cannot go below 2 in any case as it is the limit to such modifications.
STR:2, CON:4, DEX:5, INT:16, WIS:10, CHA:8
The total bonuses for Young, Magic Blooded, Feral and Of Legend added up equals: 10 DEX, 12 str, 6 con
And yes LA 4 does stick because the Young LA reduction clause cannot apply in this case at all due to the fact that Feral is already of LA 1. In other words the most immediate samples, AKA Shinji, Would have to look like so: 12,10,15,16,10,8
Addmittedly it's still quite a bit but certaintly not quite as ridiculous as his current set up of 25….for some reason. Also I should point out that the Feral Template Explicitly states that it CAN increase the LA by +6 but this only works to substitute the creature's AC with a better one, not add to it.
