After our discussion on the openrpg, I have decided to delete this topic.
Indeed, while I discussed that Bill is probably very busy with being a new parent, and such, and thus patience is required as well as not harassing.
Anyway, here's a snippet that hopefully conveys my thoughts on the topic well.
