Bard:
Bards get one more spell slot per spell level, and get one more spell known per spell level (assuming they have access to spells of that level) than what is listed in the PHB
At levels 5, 11, and 17, the feat you normally get for that level counts as a Wild Card feat. This is a feat that can be reset each day to something different. Picking a feat is a standard action, and you retain that feat for the rest of the day. When you rest 8 hours, the Wild Card feat resets to “empty”. You must meet the prerequisites for any chosen feat.
Nothing too fancy here, I like bards as the 5th man, and with splats available they become quite powerful. Still, a little extra boost in their versatility and spellcasting puts them on par with a mystical ranger variant.
