Race rebuild request for Valens

If possible I'd like to use the rebuilding rules and alter my character, Valens's race from:
magic blooded human necropolitan
to:
magic blooded Gloura necropolitan (+2LA 18 point buy)

Since this change would effect his feats, skills and attributes I would need to adjust those as well (remove a feat, remove skill points, adjust attributes).

Note: I won't touch his feat that helps everyone gain their 65% from selling items.

Is that ok? Thoughts?

If it's flavorful, I wouldn't mind. Such as Valens being put under a curse and is slowly overcoming it, showing his true nature. Or something activated and his true heritage is beginning to manifest itself, or something equally interesting. There are rules for rebuilding in the PHB2 as well, and they may require a rebuild request of sorts which could probably be arranged.

Ok cool. Yeah I'll add it into Valens's story when I get a minute. Updating bob, then adding a writeup for variables (and lots of house work which takes real priority) will take priority first. Thanks. :)

Yes for the sake of flavor … many things can be done hehehe. But in the future I would like to somehow limit the amount of complete rebuilds for each BM char… so that the plot will be more…consistent. Yes it matters in those non-crawlish arcs.
