I'm putting this in here for two reasons:
1) As a safeguard to make sure my character isn't in violation of the gentleman's agreement.
2) Assuming I'm not in violation of #1, then what would you recommend for improvement?

Sorcerer (pathfinder version, Fey bloodline, with metamagic specialist variant from phb2) 5
Sandshaper 2 (gives me tons of spell)
Incantatrix 4 (now I can persist your buffs! :)
Initiate of the Seven Fold Veil 7
Sand shaper 2? (I do like the coolness of the sand shaper)
Flaws:
Non combatant: -2 on all melee attack rolls
Vulnerable: -1 to AC
Pathfinder traits (can have 2):
Dangerously Curious: Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on Use Magic Device checks, and Use Magic Device is always a class skill for you.
Theoretical Magician: Benefit: You gain a +2 trait bonus on Spellcraft checks, or a +3 bonus if you aren't a spellcaster.
Feats:
1 spell focus abjuration, skill focus spellcraft, otherworldly (Players Guide to Faerun, changes my type to Outsider(native) so outsiders are options for alterself/polymorph)
3 Craft wondgrous item (I plan to make a bunch of cool stuff)
5 touchstone:City of the dead
7 Magical artisan (CWI) (this makes crafting wondrous items cheaper, a quarter of the base price cost is removed)
8 (bonus incantatrix Extend spell)
9 greater spell focus abjuration
11quicken spell (bonus incantatrix: persistent spell)

At lvl 20 I'll have a lvl 19 sorcerer's know spells with a CL 20 (with 15lbs of sand)
