So, I have been giving my characters pets and pack animals, but I have ran into a little problem.

Dogs, Mules, Donkies, and Horses are the only animals that have a buying price AND stats.

I was wondering, if I wanted to buy a pig as a pet, which has a listed price, (and whom make good pets) could I have stats for it? What stats would I use? Boar? Small dog? Any suggestions? Should I make a special request for this?

You can probably do an internet search for animal stats not listed in the PHB from various other people with good ideas. But yeah for stats and price you'd need to make a Request / Suggestion for those.
