I came up with an interesting character concept I think. A female lizardfolk druid, but I am not sure how the whole ECL thing works. Using this as a reference, Lizardfolk (race)
I'd start with 2 Humanoid levels and 1 Druid level, that the ability modes would be +2 Strength, +2 Constitution, –2 Intelligence. She would be medium, have a base land speed of 30, a BAB of 1, Fort 2, Refl 3 Will 2, with Animal Companion, Nature Sense, Wild Empathy from druid, one other feat from humanoid, the skill points are a bit confusing, but I think (2 + Int ) for the first humanoid level, then (2 + Int ) for the second humanoid level, and (4 + Int modifier) for the druid level, +5 natural armor bonus, Natural Weapons: 2 claws (1d4) and bite (1d4), proficient with simple weapons, and shields. also proficient with the following weapons: club, dagger, dart, quarterstaff, scimitar, sickle, shortspear, sling, and spear, and finally proficient with the claws and bite attack, Favored Class: Druid, Level Adjustment: +1, Automatic Languages: Common, Draconic. Bonus Languages: Aquan, Goblin, Gnoll, Orc. For Spell, 3 lvl0 and 1 lvl 1 She also knows also knows Druidic and has Sylvan as a bonus language choice Her ECL would be 3, I believe. But so far I haven't figured out how this affects level advancement at all. Since its for a E6 game, I guess it doesn't matter even if advancement to max level was pretty slow. I'm also not sure that my max DRUID level would end up beinging. If the Level Adjustment is +1 does that mean I could go to level 5 druid, or do the two humanoid levels mean I could only go to level 4 druid, or is it something else entirely? Anyway, let me know what you think. I hope you'll think this is as interesting as I do.
