Ok, here is the council elections.
Mercy, Siam, Debo, and Bill are not to be voted, since they have expressed that they do not want on the council. Bill is a no show, though if he ever returns, he will get in there easily.
So vote, every person, pick 5 different people, only one vote per council position per player….meaning vote for 5 different people, no 3 votes for so and so.
