[Oracle Curse] Frenetic

I'd like to take the Frenetic curse on my oracle.

The Frenetic curse is the one I currently have listed on my oracle, but I've realized it's not actually Paizo material. Could I get a consensus on whether this curse would be acceptable, or what would need to be changed to make it feasible?

I'm not sure. Not being able to take 10 can be crippling out of combat, but the benefits are amazingly powerful compared to other curses while actually fighting (rolling multiple times for initiative alone is a very powerful ability), and it has some consistency issues (there's no such thing as a morale penalty- penalties in general never have types, though they can be attached to abilities with descriptors). I'm leaning towards no, but I'd like to see some other opinions on the subject.

How about replacing the rerolls with a +2 to initiative that increases to a +4 at level 15, and making the bonus untyped? What else is objectionable?

Personally, the initiative increase is still quite strong. I would be more open to accepting this curse in a closed campaign as opposed to a living world. Right now, I'm going to sit on the fence until more people give their input.
