Appearance: A mysterious man dressed in black clothing with magnificent gold design on his attire, a wide brimmed dark hat, a sly roguish smile on his face, long dark flowing hair and thick side burns and a skinny yet toned frame. Fortunato's voice is thick and deep with a Cajun like accent. Finally his cloak magnificent and beautifully crafted with red velvet on the inside. Fortunato is often seen near gambling halls, and taverns. His weapons are unlike anything you may have seen before; beautifully crafted bladed playing cards with the most interesting design.
Combat Appearance Fortunato's spells are always in the form of playing cards, or card suites. Not only do his spells take on this image but his weapons are also bladed throwing cards. Depending on the type of spell often dictates the appearance of his his spells. Death, and Necromancy type spells always give off the appearance of the suit "Spades", Healing and Abjuration magic give off the image of the suit "Hearts", Conjuration and Transmutation types generally tend to give off the suit of "Diamonds" image and finally the suit of "Clubs" is given to spells of Evocation or Damage Dealing.
Personality: Fortunato is cocky, yet sly rogue of a mage always up for a game of poker. Fortunato is a ladies man and often likes to chat up girls he meets. Underneath his cocky gambling exterior however there is a rather knowledgeable man, he knows how to play his cards and when to go all in or when to fold.
Background: Born to a lonesome gypsy mother, he quickly learned how to handle himself in the inner cities. Making money for the both of them through gambling and card sharking. When Fortunato would reach the age of Twenty his mother would die and now he travels the world to find his own destiny and fortune. Fortunato Now travels the world as a gambler, a stage magician, and an arcanist.
