HISTORY
Long ago Dragonport was founded by a group of villagers and fishermen seeking a new home. The town battled with pirates and mercenaries intent on their wealth. Eventually, the attrition of defenders caused the town to surrender wholly to the authority of the pirates. Soon, the pirates realized that growing the town's wealth would lead to more tax revenue than merely plundering, they set up a legitimate government headed by The Crew that has been in place ever since.
After time skip: Following the defeat of Ra-Men's the Crew became no more and a brand new government was established by Syrius, one of the Champions.
