DESCRIPTION

This location is located beneath Dragonport, serving as a record storage for government documents and books of all types.

The various sections start at 1 and go all the way up to 34. However section 14 is missing. It can only be accessed at midnight against one of the walls of another section. When entered it goes to a minor demiplane which stores all confidential records and is run by Gavin. However most have forgotten this and even the current archivists have never seen or heard of Gavin.
