A tower of very similar design on the material plane

DESCRIPTION:

Another (luxurious) residence owned by the Bloodhaired One and his progeny.
It is yet to be determined how this monumental Sigil-tower (with numerous motives suggesting its relation to chromatic dragons) ended up belonging to him.
The structure itself appears to be very secure, with various arcane and similar means capable of sealing it of completely from the outside world.
